Morgan utilizes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Structural Family Therapy to provide care to clients experiencing but not limited to: complex trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, sibling conflicts, triangulation and self esteem. Morgan is also a strong advocate for men’s mental health as she believes it is often overlooked in both therapeutic and educational spaces.
