I am dedicated to thoughtfully collaborating with my clients on their journeys toward mental and emotional wellbeing. With a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach, I tailor my care to the unique needs and goals of each client. My priority is to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic partnership where clients of all backgrounds can feel embraced and empowered to share their stories.

With the foundation of a strengths-based lens, I draw from a range of modalities, including narrative, CBT, psychodynamic, mindfulness, IFS, and other evidence-based approaches. I am certified in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and have experience supporting with clients with OCD and phobias.

My clinical work is informed by a variety of experiences, shaping my passion for working with a wide spectrum of clients, including young children, adolescents, parents, LGBTQ+ individuals, those with disabilities and their family members, and survivors of intimate partner violence. I provide compassionate support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
