Kelly earned her Master’s in Social Work from Simmons University after completing her bachelor’s degree in Education - Human Development from Brown University. Over the course of her career, Kelly has worked in various settings, including schools, hospitals, and outpatient clinics, where she has supported individuals of all ages through a wide range of life challenges.

Kelly provides therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, social and academic challenges, life transitions, women’s health, and OCD. She has experience with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, Exposure Therapy, and Play Therapy. Believing in a personalized approach, Kelly tailors her therapeutic methods to meet each client's unique needs, often drawing from multiple modalities to best support their goals. As a former high-level athlete, Kelly has a special interest in supporting athletes facing mental health challenges and invites those struggling to reach out for support.

Kelly’s goal is to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing their stories, exploring emotions, and working collaboratively toward their goals. She believes that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool for growth, and is dedicated to providing the support and guidance you need as you work through the challenges you’re facing. Whether facing stress, anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, Kelly is ready to offer support and help clients achieve the growth and healing they deserve.
